Pump Squads ($SQUADS) is the coin behind Pump Squads, a token launchpad and trading terminal on Solana. Every coin launched here gets a fixed supply, locked liquidity and a fixed fee split, and part of every coin's fees buys back and burns $SQUADS.
$SQUADS itself is a Pump.fun coin (a Token-2022 token) that trades on its PumpSwap pool, quoted in PUMP rather than SOL. The app's swap panel can't route that pool, so its token page links to Pump.fun, Jupiter and DexScreener instead.
Pump Squads launches tokens on Solana. You launch on Pump Squads' own Meteora bonding curve with a tax you pick, or as a Pump.fun coin. Either way the supply is fixed, snipers pay 99% in the first 15 seconds, and every trade pays a fee in SOL that goes to the token's creator, the $SQUADS burn and the platform.
Connect a wallet
Your wallet is your account: there is no sign-up, and Pump Squads never creates, holds or sees your keys. Use Connect in the top bar and pick a Solana wallet such as Phantom, Solflare or Backpack. You need a little SOL for network fees and trades.
Wallet and network status
Once your wallet is connected, tap it in the top bar (a sheet on phones, a panel on desktop) for your address, balance and shortcuts, plus the live network status: the latest Solana slot, the average slot time, your latency to the API, the indexer status and a link to Solscan. The small dot on the wallet button is green when the indexer is within 20 slots of the chain, amber above 20 slots and red above 200 slots or when the connection dropped.
Trade settings
The settings button in the top bar holds your maximum slippage (default 5%), the buy presets, the quick-buy amount on the token list and the sell percentages. They are saved in this browser only.

Step by step
- 1Connect a Solana wallet with some SOL.
- 2Token details: name, ticker, logo, description and links. The same for both launch types.
- 3Launch on: Pump Squads (Meteora, your own tax) or Pump.fun (Pump.fun's fees, with its creator fee split locked).
- 4Economics: the tax (Pump Squads only), who receives the creator fees, and your optional first buy (at most 5% of the supply).
- 5Review and sign. Your wallet signs once; the token page opens when the launch confirms.
For the logo, upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF of up to 2 MB (it is pinned to IPFS and its ipfs:// link is used), or paste an https:// or ipfs:// link yourself. A square image looks best.
Launch on Pump Squads (Meteora)
- Fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens with no mint or freeze authority. 80% are sold on the curve.
- You pick the tax, 1% to 10% (1% by default). It is charged in SOL on every buy and sell, forever, and can't be changed after launch.
- Snipers pay a 99% fee for the first 15 seconds. Your own first buy, inside the launch transaction, pays the normal tax.
- Your first buy is capped at 5% of the supply. The launch is co-signed by the platform, which only signs launches within the rules.
- When the curve has raised its target (92 SOL), the SOL raised and the remaining 20% of the supply move into a Meteora DAMM v2 pool. 100% of that liquidity is locked forever: no one, the creator included, can ever withdraw it. The two locked positions keep earning the pool's trading fee.
- The last buy before graduation fills only what is left on the curve and refunds the rest of your SOL in the same transaction.
Launch on Pump.fun
- A normal Pump.fun coin: it shows on Pump.fun, uses Pump.fun's curve and fees, and graduates to PumpSwap.
- Pump.fun sets its own fee per trade (1.25% today: 0.95% to Pump.fun and 0.30% creator fee; it can change with market cap). The token page shows the current rate as the token's tax.
- The creator fee is split in the launch transaction and locked forever (Pump.fun removes the right to change it): 50% creator, 30% to the $SQUADS burn, 20% platform.
- The creator half is held by the token's escrow and paid to the creator every hour, so it can follow a takeover.
- Your first buy (at most 5% of the supply) is sent together with the launch as one Jito bundle: both land back to back in the same block, so no one can buy in between, or neither lands and nothing is charged. The bundle adds a 0.0001 SOL tip to the validator.
Meteora, which runs the bonding curve and the graduated pool, keeps 20% of every trading fee. Pump Squads adds that share on top of your tax so the full tax still reaches you, the $SQUADS burn and the platform: buyers pay the tax × 1.25.

Every coin on Pump Squads feeds the $SQUADS burn: 20% of the tax on Pump Squads (Meteora) coins and 30% of the creator fee on Pump.fun coins.
- 1Fees flow in. The burn share of every coin's fees goes to a public fee wallet, with the regular payouts.
- 2Buy back. The fee wallet uses that SOL to buy $SQUADS.
- 3Burn. The $SQUADS it bought is burned, which takes it out of the supply for good. Every burn is a public transaction on Solana.
The Burn page shows the $SQUADS supply, the total burnt so far, every burn transaction and which coins contribute fees.
- Trades are built by the API and signed in your wallet; Pump Squads never holds your SOL or tokens.
- Slippage and the one-tap buy amounts are in the settings menu (the sliders icon at the top).
- Each trade adds a small priority fee so it lands quickly when Solana is busy.
- Prices, charts and PnL are in SOL and in US dollars at the SOL price of each trade.
- The token page's Trade on row opens the token on Axiom, Padre, BullX, Jupiter, Fomo and OKX (and Pump.fun for Pump tokens); Bubblemaps shows its holder clusters.
- Some tokens can't be swapped in the app, for example a Pump.fun coin that graduated to PumpSwap, or a coin whose pool is quoted in another token instead of SOL (like $SQUADS). Their page shows Trade elsewhere with links to Pump.fun, Jupiter and DexScreener instead of the swap form.
The quote
- You receive
- The quoted amount, with its dollar value.
- Fee
- The trade fee in SOL for this trade (the sniper fee inside the sniper window).
- Price impact
- How far this trade moves the price.
- Min received
- The worst case your slippage setting allows. If the price moves further, the trade is refused and nothing is spent.
Candles are built from the pool's swaps and update live. Pick the interval (1s, 1m, 5m, 15m, 1h, 4h, 1D), and show the price or the market cap, in USD or SOL. Early candles show the bonding curve being bought up.

Risk panel
The Risk card (in Info on phones) sums up holder concentration and what the launcher and the creator did. Percentages are of the total supply. The pool, the platform's own accounts and burn addresses are never counted as holders. The numbers refresh every 15 seconds.
- Top 10 holders
- Share of the supply held by the 10 largest holders, not counting the pool and the platform's own accounts. Green up to 30%, amber up to 50%, red above.
- Launcher + creator hold
- Share of the supply held by the launcher plus the creator when that is a wallet (not a social account's escrow). Green up to 5%, amber up to 10%, red above.
- Launcher or creator sold
- Whether the launcher or the creator ever sold, and how much of the most they held. Shown amber when they did.
- Snipers still hold
- Share of the supply still held by snipers: wallets whose first buy landed inside the sniper window. Green up to 5%, amber up to 15%, red above.
- First-block buyers
- Different wallets that bought in the launch block itself, apart from the launcher's own first buy. Several first-block buyers can mean a bundled launch.
- Holders
- Wallets holding the token right now. The pool, the token's escrow and burn addresses aren't counted.
- Bought
- SOL the wallet spent on the token.
- Sold
- SOL it received from selling.

If a creator walks away, holders who keep the token alive can apply to receive its creator fees. This is the one place the app calls it a CTO (community takeover).
Applying
- A wallet holding at least 1,000,000 of the token.
- A post from your X account with the exact verification text the form gives you (
@pumpsquadsxyz verify fee application <token> <code>), plus a link to a post showing your work for the token and up to 3 more links. - A few answers about the creator, the community and your plans, the wallet to pay, and a signature.
Apply from the "Apply for creator fees (CTO)" link at the bottom of the token's details. The team reviews every application by hand; you can follow its status in your Portfolio.
Notice and what moves
- 1If an application is approved, the change of recipient is scheduled. The token page shows it with a countdown.
- 2A notice period of 24 hours runs. During it the change can be cancelled, for example if the creator turns out to be active.
- 3After the notice, the token's escrow pays every new creator fee to the approved wallet. Every change is kept in an audit log.
- How often
- Every hour, for every Meteora pool, graduated pool and Pump.fun coin.
- Smallest payout
- 0.001 SOL; smaller amounts wait for the next run.
- Claim now
- The creator sees a Your creator fees card on the token page (Info tab on phones) with a Claim now button: it runs the payout for that token at once instead of at the next hourly run. Once per token every 10 minutes; anyone pressing it can only pay the wallets on record.
- Creator share
- To the token's current creator (your wallet, a linked social account's wallet, or a takeover's new wallet).
- Burn share
- To the public fee wallet, which uses it to buy back and burn $SQUADS.
- Platform share
- To the treasury.
- It can't change a token's tax, supply or fee split after launch, and can't withdraw graduated liquidity.
- It can't spend from the fee wallet or the treasury: the server only knows their addresses.
- It can't send a payout anywhere but the creator's wallet on record, the fee wallet or the treasury.
- It can change who receives a token's creator fees only through a takeover (24-hour notice) or a social account's claim, and every change is logged.
The platform wallets, the Meteora configs and the programs launches use, read live from the server. Copy any of them or open it on Solscan.

Holds each Pump.fun coin's creator fee split (50 / 30 / 20), locked at launch.
Can the creator pull the liquidity or mint more tokens?
No. The supply is fixed at launch with no mint authority. A Pump Squads token's liquidity moves into two permanently locked positions when it graduates. Pump.fun coins follow Pump.fun's own rules.
Can the trade fee change?
No. It is set at launch and fixed forever; only the 15-second sniper window charges more.
Why can't I trade a token here?
The swap panel trades Meteora curves and pools and Pump.fun curves. A token on another kind of pool (for example $SQUADS, whose PumpSwap pool is quoted in PUMP) shows links to trade it on Pump.fun, Jupiter or DexScreener instead.
Where can I see the burns?
On the Burn page: the $SQUADS supply, the total burnt, every burn transaction and the coins whose fees paid for it. Each burn is also public on Solscan.
- Creator fees
- The creator's 50% share of every trade fee, paid in SOL every hour.
- Launcher
- The wallet that sent the launch transaction. It never changes.
- Creator
- Whoever receives the creator fees now: the launcher, another wallet, or a social account's escrow.
- Takeover (CTO)
- Holders apply for the creator fees of an abandoned token; after approval and a 24-hour notice the fees go to the new wallet.
- Graduated
- The token raised its graduation target in SOL. Its liquidity moves into its graduated pool and stays locked there.
- First buy
- The launcher's own buy inside the launch transaction, at the normal fee.
- Sniper window
- The first 15 seconds after launch. Every trade pays 99%, so bots buying in the first block get almost nothing.
- Market cap
- Price × total supply, in dollars.
- Trade fee (tax)
- The 1%–10% fee on every buy and sell (in SOL), set at launch and fixed forever.
- Escrow
- The wallet that holds a token's creator role and pays its creator fees out every hour.
- Slippage
- How far the price may move between the quote and the trade before the trade is refused.
- $SQUADS burn
- 20% of every trade fee (30% of the creator fee on Pump.fun coins) goes to a public fee wallet, which uses it to buy back and burn $SQUADS.

SECTION 11
Social creator fees
A launcher can send a token's creator fees to an X, Twitch, GitHub or Discord account instead of a wallet. The token's escrow then holds the creator role for that account; nothing is paid to anyone until the account's owner claims.
The launcher chose the account, not its owner. Until the owner claims, the token page marks the account not affiliated with Pump Squads, and every token shows the wallet that launched it.
Claiming as the account's owner
The 10-day and 30-day rules
10 days
A token whose fees go to a social account can't be taken over in its first 10 days, so the owner has time to hear about it and claim. After 10 days with nothing claimed, holders can apply for a takeover.
30 days
Creator fees still unclaimed 30 days after they were earned go to the $SQUADS burn. Newer fees stay reserved for the owner.
